In these terms and conditions (Terms), “we” “us” and “our” refers to Integrators Australia Pty Ltd. A reference to "you", "your" or "purchaser/s" means a user of this Website who may also purchase products using this Website (Website). Your access to and use of all information on the Website as well as the purchase of our product/s is provided pursuant to the Terms. The Terms apply to all users of the Website and by using the Website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Whilst the Website can be viewed by the general public, all persons who purchase products from us must elect to have products sent to an Australian postal address.
Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. All transactions are processed in AUD.
Payment for Orders
Payment options include VISA, Mastercard, direct deposit or Australia Post Money Order. We only accept Australian issued credit cards, and a 2% credit card surcharge applies to all credit card transactions. For store pick up orders, payment is made in person when picking up, and we accept EFTPOS, credit card or money order (cash is not accepted).
Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Australian Air Express. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. You can see pricing on the available shipping options by entering your post code into the freight calculator. This calculator appears on the lower half of the screen when you add items to your cart. The cost of shipping per product drops as you add more items to cart as the base courier charge spreads over multiple items. We aim to ship all orders, where products are in stock, within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia and are subject to the limitations of our third party carriers. All risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when we dispatch the products unless you have opted for Parcel Protection. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
Parcel Protection
Parcel Protection is an option you may take to protect your products while they are in transit to you. If you have opted to take Parcel Protection and your products arrive in a damaged state, all you have to do is contact us within three business days of receipt of delivery and email us a photograph of the damage to verify it occurred in transit. We will then endeavor to ship replacement products the next business day. In the case where your products do not arrive and there has been no activity on the tracking schedule for four business days, contact us and we will endeavor to track them down. If the carrier advises us that they cannot locate the products and cannot provide us with proof of delivery, we will ship replacement products the next business day. If we cannot replace the products, we will provide you with a full refund. You must return damaged products to us and we will reimburse the cost of non-urgent shipping incurred by you in returning the damaged product to us. This is subject to you providing evidence of the approved non-urgent postage/courier costs incurred by you to our reasonable satisfaction.
International orders
At this time Integrators Australia does not ship orders outside of Australia.
Order Cancellation Due To Error or Unavailability
Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar genuine mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant transaction and offer the product to you again at the correct price and/or with the correct information. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.
Where a product is out of stock or is temporarily unavailable, we will endeavor to dispatch the product as soon as practical after we receive it from our distributors. Where a product becomes permanently unavailable, we will cancel the relevant order and where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited. We will attempt to contact you to let you know before this is to occur.
Warranty and Product Returns
We will be your first point of contact for all warranty claims for the full duration of the manufacturer's warranty. This does not limit your rights to make a warranty claim directly to the product manufacturer where the manufacturer offers such a service. All products carry a minimum 12 month warranty from the date of sale. In order to make a warranty claim directly to us, you must firstly return the faulty product to us in order for us to assess your claim and for the warranty process below to commence. The returns process and policy regarding who bears the costs of returning products to us is outlined below under the heading "How do I return a product and make a warranty claim?".
How do I return a product and make a warranty claim?
To return a faulty or damaged product, please go to Your Account and click on Returns and Service Department. Our service team will review the application and issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please clearly print your RA number on the outside of the package when returning it to us. The arrangement and payment of return shipping charges for faulty products to our address are at your cost and risk. We recommend using Australia Post Registered Post. We then cover the cost of return shipping of the replacement back to you (in-store pick up orders excluded).
"Change of Mind" Policy
Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice. It is up you to first research that a product will be compatible and suitable for your application prior to purchase. Change of Mind returns can only be accepted if the product is returned unopened and unused with all original seals and packaging intact, and a claim is made within 3 days of receiving the item. Restocking fees may apply for some items, and items can only be returned for store credit. The credit amount is calculated as the lower of the purchase price or the listed price at the time we receive the item. Software products are not eligible under Change of Mind policy.
